For over 20 years, Allen Associates has been one of the key players within the recruitment sector of Oxfordshire and more recently the London area. They pride themselves on being independent, placing of high-quality candidates and getting to know every candidate they place. After inspecting the Allen Associates existing brand presence and the highly competitive industry, a new direction needed to be developed to give Allen Associates the gravitas as the leader in recruitment.

Shape, vibrancy and ambitious messaging became the basis of the new brand injection. The website leads with impactful photography and includes clear signposting for potential clients and for candidates finding the right job. Growth-driven design has been an essential tool in understanding what works which uses usability data to continuously improve the website.

Characters made out of the brand shapes were introduced as an additional brand asset to give messaging extra charm and friendliness when required. Numerous animations were storyboarded, illustrated and then animated with Adobe Character Animator and After Effects. Introducing the use of Character Animator has been crucial for expedited lip syncing and character movement, saving countless hours of production time.
